Typical Case Study

The Business Writing Company Approach to Case Studies

1st – We interview key people at your company. This will include the marketing or sales contact and sometimes the technical staff.

2nd – We interview the key customer contact person. Our goal is to establish the nature of the problem for which you are the solution. We discuss the size of the staff, the particular cost restraints, the former solution, how and when your solution was instituted and finally, how successful the installation or product has been in solving their problem. We normally quote the contact as part of the Case Study.

3rd – We prepare a draft of the results of the interview and then come back to your contact for any necessary additions or corrections.

4th – We present the final copy of the Case Study for your staff to add graphics or, if contracted, we present the final, camera or web ready product.
